Click here to make a reservation online. Once you select the room type, complete the hotel booking form. The booking form will ask for the guest details and email address. Once you have entered your payment information, click the “Make Reservation” button and your reservation will be sent immediately to the hotel.

To make a room reservation by phone, call (833) 904-2206. Identify yourself as part of the MLA 2025 Annual Conference group and provide the code “MLC” to receive the discounted group rate. Please ensure your reservations are made before September 27, 2025. Room block may sell out early.

Parking

Overnight parking at the DoubleTree is $28.00. Lansing Center lots for those not staying overnight are $2 per hour with a $10 daily maximum after 5 hours.

Parking at the Courtyard Lansing Downtown is $15 per day.

Accessible parking is available in lot 19 under the Lansing Center. Additional acessible parking is available on the third level of the North Grand Ramp, connected to the Lansing Center via skybridge.

Most meals will be served buffet style with potential allergens noted. All meals are free of nuts, fish, and shellfish.

Elevators

Elevators are located in the Main Concourse and access both the parking area and meeting rooms.

Restrooms

Restrooms are located in the Main Concourse and Michigan Avenue Concourse on the main floor as well as near the meeting rooms on the second floor. An all-gender restroom will be provided.

Nursing Space

The Lansing Center provides a Lactation Pod in the West Michigan Avenue Concourse for guest use.

Quiet Space

The Lansing Center's Quiet Space is located next to Banquet Room 1.

The conference schedule will be available through the Results@Hand Conference Beat event app. A printable PDF schedule will also be available for download ahead of the conference. All session materials, slides, and handouts available electronically can be found through the conference app and website.
