Thursday, March 22, 2018

Setup 6:00 – 8:15 a.m.
Exhibit Hours:  8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Non-Conflict: 8:30 – 9:15 a.m.
  10:30 – 11:00 a.m.
  1:30 – 2:15 p.m.
  3:15 – 3:45 p.m.
Teardown: 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.
Cool Things My Library Does Reception 5:00 – 6:30 p.m.     

Exhibitors are invited (but not required) to stay for the Cool Things My Library Does Reception held 5:00 - 6:30 p.m. This strolling reception is another chance for the attendees to not only visit and chat with exhibitors, but to also learn about new and innovative programs and products other library professionals are using.

Price

  • $260.00 if booked by March 2, 2018

Includes 1- 6 ft. linen and skirted table with two chairs, Wi-Fi Internet connectivity, one (1) standard electrical hookup (please provide your own extension cord) and lunch on Thursday, March 22 for one exhibitor representative.

Prize Drawing

MLA will have an official prize raffle held at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 22, 2018. All prizes must be drawn during the MLA raffle using the tickets collected at the MLA registration desk. All exhibitors are encouraged to donate a raffle prize of any value that can be used by the attendees' organization as a way to showcase your goods or services beyond the conference. Early Bird Registration Date:  Friday, March 2, 2018
Price after Early Bird:             $300.00

Cancellation Information

No refunds will be issued after Friday, March 2, 2018; cancellations prior to March 2, 2018 are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee.
