UPDATE - Event is PostponedLibrary Human Resources: Coaching and Evaluating StaffAre you prepared to manage? This workshop is about setting expectations and working with employees to bring out the best of their abilities. It will also cover how to develop and administer a clear evaluation process. MLA is pleased to partner with Emily Meinke from Google’s Ann Arbor campus to discuss their policy of ‘Radical Candor’ and continuous guidance. We will also learn how to lead your employees to the best of their potential, and how to develop and administer a clear evaluation process from two librarians experienced with evaluating employees.
