RegisterSpeakerAnn Dilcher Ann K. Dilcher, AIA, LEED AP, APT RP is a Principal and the Michigan Regional Director for Strategy and Excellence at Quinn Evans. Ann leads the QE library practice in the Midwest, specializing guiding libraries through the entirety of a capital project from community engagement to concept work that supports a milage campaign or fundraising, to design and documentation, and through construction. Her work is dedicated to creating inclusive, dynamic environments that build community through learning and engagement. Ann believes libraries should be places where everyone feels they belong. After completing a degree in economics and art history at Georgetown University, Ann earned her M.Arch at Texas A&M University, where she also completed a Certificate in Historic Preservation.

Each participant, including attendees, speakers, volunteers, exhibitors, staff, service providers, is expected to understand and follow MLA policies and report any violations. These expectations apply to all MLA activities including those held in conjunction with MLA conferences, events and meetings, as well as online venues and social media. CancellationCancellations for MLA online and virtual events must be received in writing by e-mail no later than five (5) business days prior to the program in order to qualify for a refund. Within five (5) business days of the event, no refund will be issued. Registrations received within five (5) days of the program are not eligible for a refund. No-shows will be invoiced.
