Why did you first get involved with MLA? Think back, what went through your mind? Did you want to give back? Were you feeling restless in your career and ready to grow? Did someone encourage you? Returning ambassadors, why do you keep saying yes and continue to be involved? Let us know!

To participate, email a short 1-2 sentence answer, your photo, your name, and your library to Rachel Ash, MLA Membership and Communications Director at [email protected]. We will feature you in MLA communications to promote our Call for Ambassadors and on social media to highlight your contributions and the importance of participating in the profession.
