Can cellations for MLA online and virtual events must be received in writing by e-mail no later than five (5) business days prior to the program in order to qualify for a refund. Within five (5) business days of the event, no ref und will be issued. Registrations received within five (5) days of the prog ram are not eligible for a refund. No-shows will be invoiced. A $10.00 proc essing fee will be applied to refunds for MLA Connect webinars.
