00:24:17	Tracy Logan:	When we talk about why the library is needed, is it helpful to get the support of social services orgs? Health dept., shelters, etc. or does that create a negative connotation in the mind of middle-class tax payers?
00:28:05	Eric Palmer:	You said libraries need to start the campaign 7-9 months out before the election does that include doing a survey of the community or should that be done before you start the campaign?

00:37:48	Ellen Peters:	Are staff and board members allowed to phone/survey or must it be volunteers?
00:40:45	Kate DeRosier:	I believe so long as no mention is made of millage or campaign and the survey focus is on community attitudes, concerns, interests,  wants I understand that board and staff may be involved in the survey. .
00:41:35	Ellen Peters:	Can they phone call for the millage if they're doing it on their own time as a volunteer and not as an employee?
